Efficient running reduces the risk of injury and overwork. The goal of this course is a healthy and economical running style. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced runner, this course is dedicated to the basic requirements of running for our body: stabilization, control and conditioning of the hips and feet. We show you interesting exercises for mobility, stability, strength and regeneration. Let's run - it's gonna be fun!
