Our hips are often burdened by a lack of movement and stress. Prolonged sitting, a hectic daily routine, and emotional tension all contribute to the feeling of constriction and immobility in the pelvic area.

Victor’s passion for movement and sports led him to yoga. He has been teaching at Spirit Studio for over 15 years and also gets students at the university to break a sweat. Always with a smile on his face and a mischievous glint in his eye, he expertly leads students from the chair pose to eagle pose and into the goddess pose—constantly inspired by his many yoga travels. His love for yoga will inspire you!
