In this 2-hour workshop, you will experience a yoga sequence for a clear focus. Various short meditations will provide you with tools to keep a "cool" head and stay focused in a hectic everyday life.

Instructor: Nadine Kügerl – passionate yoga teacher, personal health coach, and holistic thinker through and through. She loves exploring the connections in life and spends her time mostly in nature or on road trips. Meditation and diverse movement – from skating to dancing – are her constant companions.
